Holburne Park occupies a former Ministry of Defence site on an important approach into the Georgian spa town of Bath, a World Heritage Site. The development is divided into large detached villas alongside the canal plus terraced streets which reflect the predominant style of Bath.

Firmstone Developments was the lead partner on this 17 acre site.
